Vaccination Requirements:

Your dog will need to be up to date on their vaccinations or have proof of antibody titer tests prior to staying with us**.   Preferably, if
vaccinations are needed, they should be administered
AT LEAST two weeks prior to staying with us.  We do not believe in
over-vaccinating pets but of course, it is up to you and your veterinarian on how often you vaccinate.  For our requirements "up to
date" means that the dog has received their first series of puppy vaccines or for newly adopted adult dogs, at least one booster of
Distemper/Parvo & Rabies.   Bordetella vaccine will be considered up to date if given within 3 years for intranasal administration and
is not required again after you have provided proof of vaccination.

We also accept and recommend a titer test in lieu of vaccinating your dog annually or every three years for Rabies and
Distemper/Parvo. Please see link here for more information:

**Alternately, we will accept a letter from your veterinarian excluding your (adult) dog from vaccinations due to an underlying illness,
personal preference or elderly age.**

Internal/External Parasites:

All dogs staying with us for the first time are required to have a parasite screen (fecal test) to make sure they aren't carrying any
internal parasites that could be transmitted to our other guests.  This is especially true for pups under one year of age and newly
adopted dogs.  If any external parasites (fleas/ticks) are observed on your dog, we will treat them and you will be charged.
